Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & HANDLING

PROCESSING and HANDLING usually takes 1-2 business days. SHIPPING should take 2-3 business days in Florida, 3-5 for the rest of the country.

All orders are shipped using USPS Parcel Post & Priority mail. Tracking will be provided upon shipment.

Rates are determined by weight of package and shipping location at checkout. All orders $100+ are shipped free.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Skallywagz is committed to ensuring that you are happy with your purchase.

Returns must be received back within 15 days of arrival for a refund / exchange. All merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, unsoiled and any labels attached.

Email us at "tony@skallywagzgear.com" first to initiate a return or exchange or ask any questions about your product that you received and we will respond to your questions or refund instructions.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the items have been received by our warehouse, we will issue you a refund (in the event of a return) to the original form of payment.

For exchanges, please let us know via email, which product/size you wish to exchange of equal price from original purchase. 

Please include original packing slip in return package if available. Please have the following information ready when asking for an exchange/return:
